Herewith a reminder on how to enter Bonus Races;

When you log into your race account you will see the attached screen for any upcoming flights which have Bonus Races available to enter;

1. Shows your Available balance which can be used for Bonus Races. Below it in grey you will see the portion which is in your Main account and the amount which is in your Bonus Races account. Funds will automatically be taken from your Bonus Races account first. If there is not enough money in your Bonus Races account then the extra needed will automatically be moved from your Main account for you. Click on the orange Topup Account to add money to your Main account by credit card.
2. Pending amount shows the total amount of the current selection you have ticked which has not been submitted yet. The system will block you from making additional selections when your available funds will not be enough to cover them.
3. Enter button will place the selected Bonus Races entries.
4. Flight selection – There is a tab for each upcoming flight and a drop down to select between Global events and your Country events.
5. You can select ALL for a pigeon which will enter this pigeon into all Bonus Races for that flight in that row up to the point where funds are available.
6. You can select ALL for an event which will enter all birds into this Bonus Races event up to the point where funds are available.
7. Shows the number of entries entered into the Bonus Races event currently. Click on this to view the entries.
8. This shows a bird which has already entered the event (where the ticks are in grey). To cancel the entry go to Pending Entries at the top.
9. This shows a bird with a selection which has not yet been entered (ticks are in blue). The value of the selection is shown in red as Pending (point 2).
10. The clear button will deselect all currently not yet entered blue ticks.

NOTE: You can go between different flights and make selections and then enter all of them together. You don’t have to do one flight at a time and then change to the next.

1st overall individual fancier Global wins by value - Certificate + 5 Nights Bed and Breakfast in Victoria Falls for 1 person with 2024 race week activities. Expires Dec 2024.

2nd and 3rd overall individual Global wins - Certificate

PRIZE POSITIONS: As per pay-out ratio

COMPETITORS: Any pigeon in a fancier’s name

RACE POINTS: All online races

ENTRY FEE: As per each Bonus Race

PAYOUT DATE: Winningsare available to use during the races, balance pay out 30 days after the Final Race

Rules:

1. Any bird that is racing under your name may be entered into a bonus race (activated birds as well as reserve birds).

2. A particular bird may be entered into more than one event.

3. VFWC takes a commission of 15% of all the bonus races entry fees.

4. You can enter Bonus Races up to your total available balance, being the combination of your Bonus Races Account plus your Main Account. The system uses funds in your Bonus Races Account first. If you do not have sufficient funds in this account, the system will automatically move the shortfall from your Main Account into your Bonus Races Account.

5. If your bird is not basketed for the bonus race your entry fee for that bonus race will be refunded automatically.

6. Bonus races cannot be entered or cancelled after the published closing time.

7. If there are not enough entrants for the bonus race your entry fee for that bonus race will be refunded automatically.

8. If there are not enough results for the bonus race, prize money which cannot be allocated for that bonus race will be split between all entries.

9. Bonus race results may only be confirmed 24 hours after the race has been stopped.

10. Bonus race prize money will be credited to your VFWC Bonus race account automatically.
