The pigeons are in good health, and many are through the wing moult. A large number are out the loft flying around with some under nets. There are still some birds in quarantine and the last shipment is arriving into quarantine today.

The Southern Hemisphere pigeons have started their body moult and will be through before we start road training in April. The race program will be announced soon with the first Hotspot being scheduled for approximately 4th June and the final 29th July.

Many of the fancier’s accounts have been credited with proceeds from the 2021 Auctions. The last of the pigeons from the 2021 sales have now been released from quarantine in Europe. These pigeons have undertaken 30 days quarantine in Zimbabwe, 30 days with USDA on arrival in USA, another 30 days quarantine in USA before export to Europe and finally 6 weeks in Europe before release. Payment to us is only done once the birds are safely delivered to the buyers and pigeons paid for. On occasions some pigeons are not paid for and have to be re-auctioned. As soon as we receive payment the fanciers accounts are credited.

The entrant must stipulate on the entry form the eligible pigeon and the reserves in order of preference. If the order is not stipulated, then the pigeons will be entered randomly. Birds cannot be moved between teams. An entrant has the option to change the order of their pigeons within a team up to 24 hours prior to the first Hotspot. Changes in the order of pigeons can only be made once and are not permitted thereafter.

Please note that we are still in the process of activating birds where there are sufficient funds so if you have paid but your birds still say unpaid at present please allow us some time to do this.
