    Our next flight will be Race 1 this Saturday from 131km. Herewith the race programme which varies slightly from the original envisaged programme; https://www.victoriafallswcpr.com/programme.php

    The 200km liberation point which we used last season is not available for release anymore as the field we used to release from has been fenced off. Training flights will continue during the week between the races. We are pleased with the returns as most birds have been able to work their way home despite having been chased by hawks on their return.

    We would like to remind fanciers of a few points in our terms;

    • You need to pay and activate a bird before 7pm Tuesday night 21 May for it to be able to win money in Hotspot 1;

    (11. Only eligible pigeons qualify for prize money at the designated Hotspots and Final Race (see prize money). The proof of any payment made to activate a reserve pigeon must be emailed to us at least 72 hours prior to the basketing of any prize money race in order to qualify for that race…)

    • You can change the activated bird within a team any time before 7am on Thursday morning 23 May ;

    (7. …An entrant has the option to change the eligible pigeon from the list of reserves in that team up to 48 hours prior to the first Hotspot. No further changes will be allowed.)

    • We will automatically move activations over from missing birds to the next reserve in that team on 23 May, in preparation for Hotspot 1.
    • If you would like to name your birds kindly send the names to us by email.
